Daniel E. Kornfeld and Ginger B. LaChapelle have been appointed Subcommittee Co-Chairs for the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section. Daniel has been appointed to the Subcommittee dealing with the interaction between collective bargaining and employee benefits. Ginger has been appointed to the Subcommittee dealing with the regulation of specialized employee benefit plans. Both Daniel and Ginger will contribute to editing portions of Employee Benefits Law, the nation’s leading treatise in the employee benefits area. Further, they plan to lead discussions at an ABA conference in February 2011 concerning recent developments related to their Subcommittees.
