Bryan Arnault’s practice is primarily focused in labor and employment law. His representation of private and public sector labor unions involves providing the legal services necessary to successfully navigate the challenges that labor organizations encounter in the modern workplace. Bryan also represents individual employees in a variety of employment-related issues.
Bryan’s labor practice includes representing unions in all facets of the labor relationship. This includes advising clients during union organizing and collective bargaining, counseling during the grievance process, and advocating on their behalf in arbitration or other litigation. Through his counsel, Bryan seeks to develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship between the employer and the union.
A Central New York native, Bryan enjoys spending his time outside the office with his family and friends. An avid sports fan, a large amount of Bryan’s free time is divided between playing and watching soccer and supporting Syracuse University athletics.
